We have several options for the penises we offer, ranging from wearable devices to stand-alone dildos. The backs of these items differ depending on the end use, but the penises and testicles themselves are the same by size (meaning all the 7″ uncut have the same dimensions, shape and finish etc). All except our 11 inch penis come from life-casts which is why they appear so realistic. All silicone toys must be used with water-based lubricant. Silicone and oil-based lubricants will damage the material. As with all our products, the penises are made from medical grade platinum silicone. Each one is handmade to order.

CARE AND USE INSTRUCTIONS:
CLEANING: Wash before and after use with hot water and dish soap. Do not scrub or use any abrasive materials.
* NOTE: You can use hot water to heat the penises for most realistic feel!
USE:
These products are designed for practical use. You should never use oil or silicone lubricants as they will destroy the finishes.
Use only water based lubricant.
Avoid friction! Friction against excessive hair, loose clothing etc can abrade surfaces.
Flaccid penises are intended to be worn the way they naturally “hang”. They should not be repositioned in a way that will stretch the materials as this can result in small tears and abrasion. If you are wearing them under clothing they should be in tight underwear to prevent them from sliding or swinging around. You can use medical adhesive to adhere them to your pelvic area for short periods of time if you wish.
Difference between standard and upgraded:
Any of these styles can be ordered from HERE by selecting the options you would like. When you order, you specify if you want the standard silicone or the upgraded silicone. The two types look the identical, and have the exact same finish detail; the difference is in the material density and feel.
Single Density:
This is a single softness of material which feels like most silicone dildos. It is the same feeling all the way through including the testicles. It is firm enough for comfortable penetration.
Upgraded:
The upgraded is multiple densities of silicone which create an amazingly realistic feeling erect penis: There is a rigid core and the feeling of soft “skin” over the shaft, plus the pliable gel-filled scrotum with firmer testicles inside. While the soft silicone over the shaft feels like it moves, it actually does not. The foreskin is not movable.
Flaccid:
Flaccid penises regardless of back-type are made from a single density soft silicone. This softness is intended to “squish” naturally in underwear for a realistic appearance. It is not firm enough for penetration. The shaft and testicles are the same density.

Explanation of types
Transsexual Insert for female Sinthetics
These are made for the female inserts with Honey Pots only. The transsexual insert replaces the vaginal Honey Pot insert and slides up into the doll’s body for a good sturdy attachment. The transsexual option for female dolls is only available to people who already have a Sinthetic or who place a new doll order. This item cannot be used with other brands.
Male Doll Attachments
The packages on the male dolls are interchangeable to suit your needs. The male doll penises have a small round fixture which pops into a receptacle in the doll’s body. Flaccid attachments are only available in the single-density pour. These items cannot be used manually or with other brands.
Packer / Cupped back style
The packers are intended to be worn in underwear with the back “cup” shape close to the body. They can be used with or without adhesive and/or a harness. You can see more information here. It is best to use the erect versions with a harness every time. Flaccid packers are only available in the single-density pour.
Dildo / Flat back style
Just like other dildos, this type has a flat back. It can be used on a flat surface, by holding the back disc, or with a strap-on harness. We do not sell harnesses.
Gym Dick option:
This is a novelty option which is basically one of the standard erect penises poured in soft silicone to appear to be flaccid. The term “Gym Dick” comes from here: Urban Dictionary “Gym Dick”. It is not designed to be worn as a packer or used for penetration.
