Payment terms
Payment in full: All orders must be paid in full prior to the beginning of production. Prepayment is required to pay for materials, manufacture time, and also to make sure that an order is completed by both parties.
This is a handmade personalized product. Read more about our processes on the About page.
Orders valued less than $2500 must be paid in full at the time of ordering.
Doll orders can be paid off in incremental payments of any amount over any length of time. Consider it a layaway plan with no deadline. Some clients take years to pay off an order.
Custom orders have different criteria that will be handled on a case-by-case basis. All custom orders must be approved prior to payment of deposit.

Ordering Policies
We reserve the right to refuse sales or service to any individual at any time.
We reserve the right to cancel an order placed into our system if the client is discovered to be related to a scam or intending to use Sinthetics proprietary forms or engineering. If an order is cancelled after payment has been made, standard refund policies will be instituted.
Ordering: Dolls
STANDARD DOLLS
Minimum deposit: $2,000 US
Suggested international deposit: $3,500 US
Order can be made with a single payment up front if desired.
We do not pour silicone until the order is paid in full.
The deposit puts you into the waiting list until the balance is paid.
We do not typically pursue orders for final payment.
You can pay installments of any amount at any time. We will not contact you while you are saving up. Please contact us when you are ready.
* Custom orders have a more specific payment schedule.
Order selections are locked and cannot be changed once the final payment is received.

Refunds & Cancelation
A doll order can be canceled in writing prior to the start of production. A 20% fee will be retained on canceled orders, plus the price of any special ordered items that have been special ordered or come into stock (wigs, eyes, personal shopper outfits etc). Once an order has entered production it cannot be canceled but we will assist in an owner transfer if necessary. The 20% fee retained covers administrative costs, time spent with clients, materials etc.
Accessory item orders, such as penises and feet, can be cancelled for a full refund before silicone is poured. After we have sent the Production Confirmation email no changes or cancellations can be made.
Payments on custom orders are non-refundable.
Custom orders, even if cancelled mid-stream, are not eligible for refunds.
Returns
Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns. If you received the wrong item, the item arrived damaged, we will remake it or give repair instructions.
Ask questions prior to ordering! We are happy to assist you in making your selections.
All manikins and novelty products are shipped with insurance should damage occur in transit. Remember to take pictures of your item when it arrives, including pictures of the condition of the box prior to opening it.

Body 1B – 6 to 8 months
Body 1H – 6 to 8 months
Body 2A – 6 to 8 months
Body 2D – 8 – 10 months
Body 3C – TBD
Body M1 – 8 – 10 months
Body M2 – TBD
Custom – 12 to 18 months
Production times: other
Samples: Typically within 1 week
Keyrings, little titties, balloon knots etc: Typically within 1 week
Feet & Penises: 10 – 12 weeks
Torsos & Heads: 3 to 4 months
Warranty
DOLLS only: Sinthetics provides a 60 day warranty on mechanical failure of the joints caused by factory imperfection or incorrect assembly. If a manikin arrives home with a flaw, we should be notified immediately. If a break or other damage occurred during shipping, an insurance claim will be filed and the manikin will either be repaired or replaced depending on the situation.
If a joint breaks due to manufacturer defect, we will conduct a replacement or supply a replacement part at no cost as necessary for up to 60 days after delivery.
NOTE: Sinthetics has NEVER had a broken joint reported!
If there is another flaw or something happens over time, we are happy to help and will stand behind our product. Every warranty case is reviewed individually. Damage caused by improper use or rough handling is not covered by our warranty.
Dropping a doll or moving limbs improperly voids the warranty.

Quality
Our quality control standards are very stringent. Matt and his assistants personally make each item and spend a lot of time making sure things are correct. We take insurance photos of every item right before shipping to show the condition in which it left the shop. This is as protection for us and the client should something unfortunate happen during shipping.
