Shipping – Postage and Freight
It is the responsibility of the buyer to make sure we have accurate delivery information. Please check the address provided on your order to make sure it’s correct. If you provide us with incorrect information and your item is returned to us as undeliverable, you will have to pay postage or freight twice.
NOTE: Shipping prices may change without notice. Pricing on the shopping carts is the most current and accurate.

Returns: We do not accept returns due to the personal and handmade nature of our products.
Freight: Dolls
Sinthetics dolls are shipped using a trusted freight company.
Shipping costs:
Manikins Male and Female (door to airport for international):
– Within California = $450
– Within the contiguous USA = $650
– Hawaii, Alaska & Canada = $800
– Most international (European Continent) = $950
– Japan = $950
– Far East, Australia & New Zealand = $1,000
We ship our manikins in reinforced cardboard boxes with plenty of packing material to keep items stable in transit. We also wrap each manikin in a sheet to protect him/her from travel dust. The boxes are 70 inches long x 22 inches wide by 16 inches deep.
Shipments come either to your home or the closest shipping depot or airport depending on situation. You will be notified by email of the tracking number on shipments and contacted by phone when the manikin arrives in your area. Usually within the USA you can expect your manikin to arrive within 3 – 5 days after we ship it. For International Freight deliveries typically arrive within 5 – 10 days depending on destination and customs processes of each country. The freight carrier will not deliver without an appointment and personal signature. All Sinthetics are shipped clothed.
We will not ship dolls with UPS, FedEx or DHL unless the receiver is using their own account.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING PRICES DO NOT INCLUDE IMPORT TAXES, CUSTOMS OR DUTIES.
International shipping policies: International shipments are sent to your closest international airport. Any customs fees, import taxes and duties are not included in the freight cost as these are applied by your government and out of our control. The freight carrier can assist with receiving the manikins through customs and can arrange door-to-door delivery once the manikin is cleared for an additional charge. They will make personal contact with you to arrange these details.

Small accessory items and samples

Accessory items are shipped in plain cardboard boxes or USPS Flat rate boxes. Items are wrapped in tissue paper and bubble wrap to protect finishes.
